Airport tours are available to selected community interest and education groups, subject to the availability of an available Cairns Airport team member.
How to Request a Tour
To request an airport tour, please email enquiries@cairnsairport.com.au and advise who the group is, total numbers of participants and preferred dates and times.
Conditions:
- Guided tours are limited to a minimum of 10 and maximum of 20 people.
- Guided tours are preferred on weekdays only.
- Tours cannot be confirmed longer than two months in advance; or closer than two weeks in advance.
- All tours will require participants to undergo standard airport security screening procedures.
- All tours of the airport are walking tours.
- Cairns Airport is a fully operational airport and reserves the right to adjust tour arrangements at any time, based on airport operational requirements AND reserves the right to cancel a confirmed tour within 48 hours of the tour date, should operational requirements demand this to happen.
